As Free As A Slug
Written and illustrated by Yanyan Yu
The little slug has no shell to hide in. No armor against the weather or the world. But this means it can choose what to carry on its back—or carry nothing at all, and be as free as a slug can be.

Lydia and Lily
Written and illustrated by Yanyan Yu
Lydia and Lily are twin sisters with opposite personalities—Lydia is outgoing, while Lily prefers solitude. On their birthday, they disagreed on how to celebrate, but eventually compromised, spending time both partying and enjoying quiet moments together. Through this, they learned that their differences don’t weaken their bond; understanding and respecting each other’s needs allows them to stay close while maintaining their own independence.

Doors
Written and illustrated by Yanyan Yu
This little story is about all kinds of doors —
tiny doors and big ones,
doors for letters, for cats, for mice, and for dancers,
doors opened with keys, and doors opened with spells…
But among them all, my favorite is still the door that leads home.
